Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers

We accept returns for clothing items that meet the following requirements:

The items must be unworn, with original tags and in their transparent packaging with the corresponding SKU label.
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Return Request Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the timeframe begins on the day the tracking shows "delivered").
Once the request is initiated, the customer has an additional 7 days to send the item back to be eligible for a full refund.

For orders split into multiple shipments, the return window will begin from the date of the final delivery.

Conditions

Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may refuse the return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

Return Process

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
