At Dayanstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our detailed return conditions below:

Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers

We accept returns for clothing items that meet the following requirements:

  • The items must be unworn, with original tags and in their transparent packaging with the corresponding SKU label.
  • We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Return Request Timeframe

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the timeframe begins on the day the tracking shows "delivered").
  • Once the request is initiated, the customer has an additional 7 days to send the item back to be eligible for a full refund.

For orders split into multiple shipments, the return window will begin from the date of the final delivery.

Conditions

  • Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may refuse the return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

Return Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
